All patients are scheduled for a 30 Minute appointment to allow us ample time to address all of your and your pet's concerns.
If you have an urgent issue, please call and we will see you on an urgent care basis if needed.
For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are also available. We will ask you to drop off your pet in the morning (or when you can). You will be asked you to leave a contact number so we an discuss our physical exam findings and our recommended treatment plan with you.
Emergencies that occur during regular business hours, will be seen and stabilized immediately. The doctor will then determine if the patient is stable or needs to be transferred to our neighboring 24 hour hospital for continuing care. If an emergency causes us to become significantly delayed, our receptionist will contact you to inform you of the delay and inquire if you would like to wait or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to seek emergency care for your pet after hours, please call and let us know, so we can follow-up on their care.
We have a spacious waiting room that has separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats as well as a common waiting area around our indoor pond. We ask that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room to ensure the comfort and safety of all our clients and their pets.
We require payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. We also offer Citihealth card which can be used as a regular credit card or you can take advantage of their offer for 6 months free interest on balances greater than $250.
